Photoshop Elements 5.0: Maximum Performance

Adobe has just released the new version of Photoshop Elements. I've found this book that appears to be the best way to get the most out of the software. As I use the book, I'll continue to post comments to this thread letting you know how it has helped us imrove our image(s).
The book was written by Mark Galer and can be found on his web site www.markgaler.com.

Our Arrowhead Scavenger Hunt

On August 26th we went to Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino mountains with the Redlands Camera Club for a scavenger hunt. We stayed at the Story Book Inn. Here is our entry for 'Flower'. Grange Craft Show - Results

As we posted previously, this weekend we were at the Grange Community Center for their annual Craft Show. Our booth was across from a lady sellling jewelry, and her daughter befriended us. Another vendor was selling hats that this little girl was having fun modeling. We took this picture and love the way it turned out. We are currently in the process of pouring over the rest of the pictures we took and when we've finished you'll be able to see the rest of the pictures here. (We have omitted the names of all individuals for obvious reasons.)

Step 1: Send an email to photos@skphotography.biz describing the album you would like to have made. (approximate number of images, type of event or occassion, style of album)
Step 2: You will receive an email with a customized quote and directions on how to submit your images.
Step 3: You can send your images on CD or DVD along with 50% of the album cost(due to large image sizes we prefer to receive images on media)
Step 4: Once the album is designed you will receive an email with a link to view the album online for your approval
Step 5: Once you approve the album, pay the remaining 50% and you will receive your album in approximately 1~2 weeks.
Step 6: Now that you have your album, we would like to hear your opinion of our service and the final product that you have received.

Options:
We can convert your photographs or negatives to high quality digital images for $0.50 per image.

Once we have created your album we print, bond, bind your album and slip it into a padded, leatherette cover so it is ready to display. Spiral Bound Photo Albums are available in 10x10 or 6x6 and will comfortably hold 20-50 pages. Larger albums will work better if they are divided into two or more books. The 6x6 size makes a great Parent's Album.
